Convergence when i turn this tv on picture is fine for about 10min then the top and bottom bow in along with sides and picture is distorted, if you turn unit off and back on picture is fine but for a lesser amount of time and so on the unit was given to me and wouldnt even come on I have replaced flyback which was bad and replaced splitter which prob was waiste of $ any help would be greatly appreciated ty stephen i have the same proble as raceu02 need some help

Sounds like the problem my fisher 40" was having.

start by giving all of the circuit boards a very thorough cleaning, you can pick up crc qd electronic cleaner at autozone and other local stores. just make sure whatever you use is plastic safe, and you can use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean out any persistent crud. after everything is thoroughly clean and dry, test it.

if it doesn't work pick up a can of freeze spray from a local supplier, let the tv warm up, then use the spray to cool the components on the convergence board. see if the problem disappears. if this doesn't help, do the same to the power board.

if this does work, identify the component that is overheating and replace it.

if it doesn't work, check for dry solder joints (tedious process but worth it). this was the issue on my tv, am in the process of fixing it right now.

if you are still having the issue at this point, do a visual inspection for any capacitors that look like they have leaked or are discolored, test and replace any that are bad. do the same for other components.

this problem is more often than not caused by the convergence board or the power board, unfortunately for me and you both, i haven't been able to find a supplier of either board for my tv or yours.
