Some toner may have spilled in the printer. If so, you'll need to clean it out.
If this does not help then try to remove the cartridge and place it back properly in its place.
If the cartridge has been refilled instead of a new cartridge then this problem is very much because of the refillef cartridge.
Try to update the drivers from the Kyocera mita website.
else the cartridge itself is defective so replace the cartridge
The toner cartridge may be defective and letting too much toner out at one time. In a black-and-white laser printer, the solution is to replace the toner cartridge.
In a color laser printer, only replace the cartridge that is exhibiting the problem.

Tips for a great answer:
This is caused by partially blocked ink nozzle. So Apply a folded tissue paper to the ink nuzzle and press
firmly. If the tissue comes off well blotted with ink it means you still have a
good amount of ink in it and the nozzle is not blocked; ink is flowing well. If not blotted or scantily
blotted, it means ink is really low or nozzle is blocked or partially blocked. To be very sure of
this, place nuzzle in a plate/saucer with a bit water so that the nozzle is
soaked. Leave for about 10 minutes. Then apply the tissue again. If still not
well blotted it means ink is really low or empty. If new you should return it
for a replacement. In the case of blocked nozzles, the procedure may be
repeated over to get results.
