If it is a tub spout it is probably what is known as a slip-fit. Look under the spout. There should be an allen key there. Loosen it, slide the spout back on and tighten it. I recommend tightening it with the allen key is the upright position until it starts to get tight. Then spin the spout so it points down and finish tightening.

Usually they have a small screw, but its hidden under a cap. Look at the handles you should see a small plastic cap sometimes colored red and blue for hot/cold. Using tip of small knife pop out the cap/plug. The screw holding the handle on is in there.

My pfister shower cold water faucet handle broke off. The stem is stuck so I can't replace the faucet handle. How do I remove this stuck portion of the old handle?

the model is needed for a step by step but. if your faucet is for a sink and not a shower then the handles may be connected to the pour spout or separate depending on model and in either case there is a nut screwed under the fixture that hold it in place. do not unscrew any of the faucet until you have turned of the water running to it.

Moen 2 handle bathroom sink faucet, ca84004 series. cold faucet functions fine. hot faucet does not shut off. handle turns as cold does but hot does nothing. water must be shut off from wall supply...

Try going to their web site and selecting consumer support. Usually the bathroom sink faucets, you can unscrew the handle with a Phillips screw-driver and then twist the body of the faucet off. Then there will be a nut to screw off, to remove the inner "guts". It sounds like the rubber seal is worn out on the inner faucet assembly. If so, then all you would have to do, is to replace the rubber seal. I hope that this helps you out. If not, then I would contact the company and see about a replacement faucet, depending on your warranty! If worse comes to worse, then I would call in a professional plumber, to assist in fixing it! Good luck my friend.

I have a Moen Monticello bathroom faucet. I am

Moving left to right: I am not an expert, but I have installed a fair number of faucets. Seems like a basic issue of just getting under the sink and tightening up. Make sure someone is topside to assure the faucet stays straight and does not move as you tighten up below. It is never easy to get a wrench and your hands in the proper position to tighten up the nut, but don't give up try a smaller Channel lock wrench if necessary.

I have two leaking bathroom faucets. Hansgrohe 06042. I replaced both faucet valves from Hans part no. 94009000. They BOTH still leak steadily. They worked flawlessly for two years.

where are they leaking from?
if they're leaking from underneath, repace the suply lines [between the valve and faucet]. if if from the faucet itself replace your cartrage[s].
