Question about Riso RZ220 Duplicator
The master disposal box is lit and paper jam is lit. There is absolutely nothing there. I have removed and replaced the box about 100 times. I have cleaned ink around the box, I have turned the machine off and restarted it several times. Nothing will clear the jam light. I also cannot get the master tray to release so I can check there. Help!!!!!!!
Have you switched off/on the machine holding down the reset key?

Remove the power cable from power source for few minutes. If its a temporary software issue it will get sorted out. Pull out master roll and reinsert it. Check wether you have properly inserted the master disposal tray or not. If these don't work ask for further assistance.
