Receiver first one second and release then mouse, one second and release. then push button on receiver for one second again and release and push the red button on the bottom of the keyboard. if mouse does not connect call logitech receiver may be bad if the mouse connects but the keyboard does not try procedure one more time. if keyboard fails to connect again. call logitech. you have a 5 year warranty on all non gaming keyboards.
