I paid to renew my subscription but I didn't follow the links on my computer and my computer says it has expired but i've got the receipt to say i've paid for it.

According to Trend Micro,"After successfully purchasing a renewal, your current expiration date will be extended. This may take between 24 and 48 hours to take effect"

It says if it does NOT update after 48 hours, go to this webpage and follow instuctions...

- Trend Micro's site says expect 24-48 hrs for it to update. It also says if it doesn't, use this link to resolve the issue.
