Question about Garden
I purchased a used Ryobi 775r gas trimmer. Used it once, it worked perfectly. I replaced all the rotted fuel lines and bulb and now it starts fine, buts the engine stops when the trimmer is tilted into position for trimming. Any advice?
You have a air leak between to tank and motor. Could be carb gasket. When using in tilted position you dont have gravity feeded carb anymore, causing air to be sucked into carb. Take off carb and spray with crb cleaner, then blow out with air gun. Replace gasket, make sure all new lines and bulb connections are connected securely.
