There typically is an internal ceramic fuse. It is usually near where the power cord enters the oven, or behind the control panel (on over the range units).
The problem you are describing, though, sounds like it may be an open thermal protector on the cavity. Most are diamond shaped, with two wires. Unless the cavity is extremely hot, it should show continuity.

I see. Okay, well then I would expect there's a problem with a high voltage part, such as the diode, magnetron or transformer.
Your model number should be entered as JVM192002 and you can find exploded views here.
You can usually find GE parts for much less here.
There
should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting & testing.
Here are some links you or someone you know can use for test help, but read their safety warnings first:

Does this unit have a turntable? If so does it turn when on?
SOURCE: dacor dcm24s.light, fan, and control panel work but turntable and heat do not
Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.

micro switch is bad .remove top vent cover 4 screws, after removing plastic vent panel you will see 1 screw above display time window, remove this screw and lift up the complete button time control panel slightly and pull towards you to remove.there are 2 connections on this panel 1 is a 12 pin connector and a 2 pin power connection remove both put control panel aside.now there are 3 micro switches where the door pins close into the oven lock, remove 2 screws that hold the micro switch housing,on the bottom of housing you will see a small clip gently pull to the right and push back to remove .there are 2 switches on bottom of it and 1 on top. the 1 on top is normally open and closes when door is shut but like mine it stayed open and resulted in (light s display but no turntable)soon as i replaced upper microswitch it runs perfect.i hope this helps .MODEL MV1501W GOLDSTAR

Does it make any noises that it didn't before it failed?? It could be a bad secondary interlock switch, cook relay on the PCB, HV circuit problem or bad magnetron. You need an ohm meter to troubleshoot. If you take the cover off, you MUST short across the High Voltage Capacitor terminals to discharge any possible residual charge to prevent shock hazard.
