Unfortunately, I believe the printer will need to be replaced.
If you have verified the power outlet is good, there are not many options. No reset for 'No power'.

I have the Plug going to the wall and confirmed power at the outlet. I have the UBS back to the Computer and plugged into the printer and it will not turn on at all. Its a Year old at most and havent used...

I see a power supply issue here. Looks to me your printer power pack is gone bad. You need to confirm this by trying another similar power pack with the printer to be sure. If the printer is portable take it to the store or technical personnel to try another power pack with it. Once confirmed you may have it replaced.

Good luck & God bless!

My hp officejet 4355 printer gives a msg turn off then turn on

Leave Power Cord plugged in for now.
1. Disconnect any USB, Ethernet, or parallel cable
2. Press printer power button to turn off the printer
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Turn on printer by pressing power button
5. If the message is still displayed check to see what type of power cord your using. If it has a large rectangle power pack make sure the part number on the pack matches the number on the printer. ( if it doesn't match you need a new power pack)
(If you only have a cord continue step 6)
6. Disconnect the cable from the wall outlet and wait 1 minutes.
7. Reconnect the power and press power on the printer.
Watch to see if the same on/off problem is occuring.
If the printer remains ON you have too many devices using the one power board or surge protector.
If the printer turns off then the problem is the electrical socket
8. Move the printer to a power outlet it can use with no other devices connected.

If this doesn't fix the issue you will need the printer serviced with HP

No power

check the wall socket power(with tester), if all is ok there then check power cable (use your computer's power cable to test).

If still its cold then most likely its internal fuse has blown or some issue in its power section.
get hold of a experienced hand to quickly check the fuse first.

Won't turn on?

Unfortunately this sometimes happens because the printhead has decided to die on you... There's a warning in here too so whatever you do, don't try the printhead in another printer because if it was the cause it will fry that printer too.

A couple of things to try though:

1. Locate the printer power pack in the printer... This is a module that will slide into it's slot in the printer. Removing it may require you to take the case top off (which I can't help with, sorry) but if you can manage it continue..

OBVIOUS BUT IMPORTANT: Disconnect from the power before you do ANYTHING!

2. Remove the power pack from the printer and disconnect from the cable or cables internally but make a note of how they connected so you can reconnect.

3. Re-connect these cables after a couple of minutes, replace the power pack.

4. Test the machine by plugging it back into the mains and turning it on... If it comes back to life, you're sorted... If it doesn't your options are very limited.

Oh and obviously check that the fuse hasn't blown in your power leads plug (if you're using a fused plug - ie: in the UK, etc.)

Hope that helps... and good luck.

My HP 6300 xi all in one just died.  Will not turn on.  Any clues as to what could be the problem?

Did you connect the printer directly to a walloutlet to  a power source or do you use a power surge protector. Try to connect the machine directly to a wall outlet. Try to disconnect the power cable from  the back of the machine while the machine is powered on. Reconnect the power cable after 10secs than the machine should reboot by itself. This resolve your issue. Else try to  use  a different power cable, may be the power cable is defective.

My printer shows error C4EB8401 when switched on and wont print?

Verify that the unit is switched on. Disconnect the USB/Ethernet cable from the All-in-One and also disconnect power cable from All-in-One and also from wall outlet.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug in the power cable to All-in-One and also to wall outlet.
[Now turn On the printer and check the functionality

if the above does not rectify it

Reset the All-in-One to the factory default settings by using these instructions:

1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on.
2. Press and hold OK and HELP buttons while plugging in the power cord.
3. Now turn On the printer.

is this is still not working then it is due to the print cartridge cradle packing up.
and you might have to face buying a new one, but I hope the above will help
