I went to use and it won't turn on

you might have a deffective battery, which is a very common problem to tabs... especially if your using a generic tablet....

The Dometic RM 2820 was working last night. This morning it was not cooling and now the front panel and interior light are not working. No smell of ammonia. Any help with this challenge? Thanks,

Remove spark plug. Then try it. Sometimes filled with gas.

start from fuel filter.tune up.air filter.could be crankshaft sensor.

the thermostat is powered by the unit or batteries if batteries they may be dead if the unit you need to check fuses outside at unit or reset breaker outside depending on age of installation

I also have a YTH20K46. During last mow (last week), I tried to turn off mower and would not turn off by key. I had to put it down to choke and then stand up. It created a backfire. Today I went to start it, now won't start. It does not turn over. Hour meter has no power. Tested battery & solenoid. Power to both. Key switch works fine. Any suggestions? Just had it serviced a few months ago. Oil, gas and all other things seem fine. Checked wiring, seems fine. Nothing melted or cut. Please help!

If it is a 3.8 engine change the crank sensor,they go bad on the 3.8 engines.

You are saying it causes the breaker to trip?( or was past tense?) sounds like there is a short somewhere. that's why nothing comes on

main thermal fuse in the rear of the machine, if this tests good,, check the safety switch on the door itself you can hold it in and turn the machine on,, if it works,, replace the plunger shaft that turns it on

If it turns over but just won't fire and the timing sounds fine when it does run you might consider your ignition switch.  Does it sound like it wants to fire but only just when you let go of the key?
