No power to my Bose solo. have installed a new 2032 battery but unit will not come on.

Remove the battery from its remote. And if ut fixed the problem. Then its the remote needs to be replaced

if not. It may be the setting buttons are clicked. And needs to fit right in the device or to be replaced

uf not. Theb it is the processor fault and need service by profssional

I have had this happen several times now. Unplug the Bose power plug for a few minutes, then plug the power back in and turn the Bose back on. It has reset the Bose unit everytime and the audio is back.

You can go to the repair shop for fix it. Since this unit can be defective by IC, ROM or RAM. or audio circuit+power supply or defective solder.

If your system is plugged into a surge protecter, the Bose service guy told me that sometimes the Bose system detects a surge and automatically shuts down. Unplug the system for 5 minutes and then plug back in. This works because it happened to my system. I called Bose and this is what I was told. It worked!

My remote worked perfectly until I changed the battery. The original battery was CL 2032 and I replaced it with DL 2032. After replacing the battery, only the volume control works. The off button will only fade the sound while the button is depressed. Release the button, and the volume returns to the original level and the unit remains On.
None of the other buttons work.
