I am wanting to upgrade my cpu to a faster version on my Toshiba satellite m-45 s331, preferably over 2GHZ, which appears doable. I was trying to determine the compatibility, CPU-Z lists the chipset and southbridge numbers, neither of which register on any of the motherboard compatibility searches. Does anyone know this motherboard's number? Or how I can find it?
Also, CPU-Z says the CPU is socket 479 microPGA. When I opened it up to get the processor number it said #SL86G which on the pentium M site lists it differently, as a microFCPGA. I am a little confused here.
