Question about Kenmore 16253 Stainless Steel Dishwasher
We just bought a new dishwasher but when we run it it stops mid cycle and the control lights flash. There is water in the bottom of the dishwasher, and it is after the detergent is released. It never gets to the drying cycle so the dishes are wet. I was wondering if we need to replace the control panel or whether this is a problem with similar Kenmore units.
Sounds to me that the heater is not working, if you have just bought it, it must still be under Guarantee so go back to the supplier.
