Question about Acer TravelMate 4000 Notebook
The machine could have over heated unplug it from power and battery let it sit for a couple hours, also make sure the vents are clean and not blocked by dust.
1. you may have a cpu that overheated.
2. you may have blocked vents or dust inside the unit.
check those two things then call acer for further assistance.
