You have amemory space of 10MB in your phone & 20 MB in mass storage device. When you transfers any files through bluetooth, it goes to phone memory. so I think this problem occured due to insufficient memory. free up your phone memory and try again.

The easiest option for you is to buy a Bluetooth dongle. It connects via USB, and if you get a compact one like the one in the image below you won't even notice it on the laptop. You can get one from Ebay, they are dirt cheap, under $2.

I want to send a file from my hp pavilion dv6000 laptops by bluetooth to mobile but it give a error An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.i am using vista. what can i do?

first you need to pair your laptop with cell. Open bluetooth in your cell, search the devices, select your laptop inside the bluetooth application in cell, assign a passkey and then you will see a msg in the laptop tray," a bluetooth device trying to connect, click here to connect". now click on the pop up in laptop, enter the same pass key and now you are paired. go to the file you want to send in side your laptop, right click on it ad select 'send to' select bluetooth and then you need to search and select your device inside the pop up menu, once selected, you can receive the file inside inbox of your cell.
cheers!

I am trying to pair my Motorola Bluetooth H670 to my HP Pavilion dv6000. Not working!

Hi,

I am afraid, it is not possible because the built-in bluetooth module does not support A2DP protocol which is required to work with your Bluetooth headset. Hence, as an alternate option, purchase USB bluetooth dongle which will resolve the issue.

Dear Sir, I m nit able to play vedio songs in ZN200 model. and not able to connect with usb to lap . to use internet?????

okay first check video files format (avi or mpg), also check the size you might have to convert / compress the vids...(for audio it handles wav,mp3 and aac files) your cell can access the internet w/o the laptop....but if you need to plug up cell to laptop (check cell phone and change in settings /connections usb or bluetooth to (data, phone or memory)...and for future reference here a your manual http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/Support/IN-EN/Mobile%20Phones/MOTO%20ZN200/IN-EN/_Documents/Static%20Files/ZN200_GettingStarted.pdf

hope this helps

Were you offered any chance to back up settings and files?
Upgrading Win is normally pretty safe with more than one opportunity to save the previous version & setup and/or a restore opportunity.
I doubt your files have been overwritten; they are probably still present unless you were offered and opted for, a reformat of your HD.
There is probably a D: partition on your drive; it may be hidden, but gain access to it to see if you have a recent folder that refers to the previous installation.
