Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Everything fine recieving calls but can not make a call, it fails every time.

A simple fix to this problem should be resetting the phone. Simply hold the power button, then slide to power off. Once off, press the power button again to turn the phone back on. Now try making a phone call. If this fails, you may want to consider taking your phone into an Apple or AT&T store for inspection. Good luck!

The people I am calling say they cannot hear me very well when I use the DSS8905wp handset. Is there any way of turning up the volume for the people I call?

there should be a volume control in the phone settings, something else that can interfere with it is the distance from reciever and aslo the frequency of the phone, some house old applications or recievers, anything that also uses frequencies can make it harder for you. check if you have any av senders, radios etc that might be interfering. your phone is a 5.8Ghz so anything thats on similar frequency may interfere, also when on an actual call try just pressing the up button on the pad that should turn it up.

Blackberry 7130e. It is showing that it has a signal but i cannot recieve or make any phone calls or texts. It has an arrow flashing at the top by the signal like its sending somthing constantly...how do i...

Hello,

This problem happens on pretty much any computer-related device. Something happens and you can send anything. It’s annoying, but there are actually two ways to fix it. You can perform a soft reset, which is done by pressing the ALT + CAP + DELETE keys on your handheld at the same time. If this doesn’t work, perform a hard reset. This is done by finding the RESET button at the back of the handheld. Sometimes, this button might be near the bottom, under the battery cover. Press the RESET button using a pin or paper clip. With either method, you shouldn’t lose any data.

Perhaps, is you did not see the reset button, you can also do the hard reset this way, in the process of powering your phone, pull out the battery straight before it finish loading, this helps fix abnormality on the blackberry phone.

Take care.

About fixed dialing
If you enable fixed dialing number (FDN) mode, your device only makes calls to contacts on your FDN list. Your device can dial emergency numbers in FDN mode, even if the numbers are not in the FDN list. If your service provider plan includes SMS, you can also send SMS messages to contacts on your FDN list

so if you have this enabled chances are you have to turn it off.
this is how you turn it on so you should be able to use it as a guide to turn it off.

Turn on fixed dialing
1. In the phone options, click FDN Phone List.
2. Click the trackwheel.
3. Click Enable FDN mode.
4. Type the PIN2 code provided by your service provider.
5. Click the trackwheel.

or if you wanna keep it on and add friends to the fdn

Add contacts to the FDN list
1. In the phone options, click FDN Phone List.
2. Click the trackwheel.
3. Click New.
4. Type the PIN2 code provided by your service provider.
5. Click the trackwheel.
6. Type a name and a phone number.
7. Click the trackwheel.
8. Click Save.

and finally some shortcut keys:
To open the phone, press the Send key.
To end a call, press the End key.
To call a selected contact or phone number, press the Send key. To call a speed dial number, hold the assigned key.
To add an extension to a phone number, press the X key. Type the extension number.
To call your voice mail access number, hold 1.
To type a letter in a number field, hold the Alt key.
To type the first letter on a key, press the letter key once.
To type the second letter on a key, press the letter key twice.
To turn on or turn off mute using the Mute button, press the Mute button.
To turn on or turn off mute using the keypad, press the exclamation point (!) key.
To turn speakerphone on and off during a call, press the period (.) key.
To change the volume during a call, roll the trackwheel.

Blackjack stuck in "phone off"

This solution worked for me: NJ

My Samsung Blackjack showed "Phone off" on the screen even after I switched on/off several times.

The fix: Turn the phone on and call your voicemail (i.e., hold "1" to connect to voicemail).
It will prompt you that the phone is off and that if you want to turn it on.

Press "yes" and Voila!

Camera on Standby?

There's a menu in Options to continue/resume using the camera when it's on standby.
Go into the menu and reset the phone to original settings, (You might loose all your data). Or try switching the phone off and taking the battery out then leaving the phone alone for 1 hour.
