Bad. Sounds like audio drivers problem or a pretty severe problem with your hardware. Reload drivers first. If that does not work, then it is probably faulty hardware on the Motherboard. If it works with headphones then it is just your speakers probably, but I doubt this is the problem. Cross your fingers it is just a corrupt driver.

Marshall MB4410, with low volume gives no real volume,

Guitar amps have preamp sections (think unpowered audio mixer) and power amp sections (Crown rack-mount amp). An excellent way to isolate audio problems if amp is still producing audio is to check the preamp out (line out). Preamp output distorted = preamp failure. Connect MP3 player to "Power Amp In"...sound distorted = power amp failure. In your case the latter is the case as your "line out" is clean. Also test each speaker for clear sound as speaker cone damage from being overpowered is fairly common. At 300w. I'll assume the failure was not from cranking the volume to loud but a shorted speaker or speaker wiring could zap the power amp in an instant.

My volume down quick button continuously lowers volume

We would not have an option to disable that button for the volume control. This issue you have there would be a hardware issue with the touch key and you would have to contact the technical support to have the computer repaired.

I am hearing my own voice in yahoo messenger voice chat

This isn't an issue with your mic, this simply you hearing what your saying through the other persons ****. This occurs most often when the person your speaking with has their audio configured to play through their speaker rather than their **** or when the volume on the mike's speaker is so high that the **** picks it up. Reducing the volume on your **** may help the the situation.

Vr-309 starts to clip after 10-15 min

This is a case of one or more transistors breaking down when heated. This can be found usually by using freeze spray to cool down one transistor at a time until the problem clears up. You can narrow this down a bit by determining whether this "noise" is effecgted by the volume control or not. Also, does the problem show up faster when the unit plays louder?
