While calibrating the touch screen on my ricoh mpc 305sp I think I double taped on a wrong position on the screen and now touch screen isn't working properly. I know it still works as works in 1993 test...

I think you'll have to run a factory reset.

However, I cannot find any way of carrying this out. You'll need to contact Ricoh or their dealers, I'm afraid.

Touch screen blocked

The touch screen could have lost its calibration, but there is a good chance that it is bad, and needs to be replaced. To calibrate it, push the yellow clear modes key, then the numbers 1, 9, 9, 3, then push the red "Clear / Stop" key 5 times, and choose number one. Follow the prompts. Use a stylus or other dull pointed item. If you don't get a response, you need a new touch screen.

Touch screen not responding

Which model of Ricoh are we talking about here? If touch screen is not responding before replacement, re-calibrate touch screen or replace it. I can help you with the calibration code if you require. If the touch screen is not responding after replacement, check whether the replacement lcd display panel was installed reverse as the connectors will not have contact.
