A bad cable could be causing the color problem. Try one of your other inputs to see if the colors run on them as well. If they don't then just swap the cable for a new one and you should be okay. Magnetic interference may also be causing the issue. To fix that issue you need to degauss the tv. If it doesn't have a built in degausser then you can either buy a ring and do it yourself or get a certified tech to do it for you. If neither of these things fixes the issue then you need to have the tv serviced by your local tech. There are any number of issues that can cause this from the inside. The tech should have the means to check this.
