Error code 39 on all network adapters

I have a dell dimension E521 that was infected with the antivirus system pro. After using Mabam to disinfect my system I noticed that my all of my network adapters gave an error code 39 I tried updating the drivers but it tells me that the best drivers are in use. I tried reinstalling the broadcom 440 x 10/100 integrated controller, but no difference.( Note when i try to uninstall the controller from add/remove programs it doesn't uninstall it just sits there in the gathering information stage. With my controllers down I can't get online on that comp please help
