Hi sometimes these kind of problem cause due to the damage of the chip which is in the memory card even if you didn't create any password.This could not be getting repaired at this stage.But if you have created something contact nearest mobile repairing shop.They can generate the password with the help of phone repairing tools.But before visit do not Restore the phone setting by any means.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya
