It sounds like it could be an issue with the hinges. I would recommend having a technician come out to your home to diagnose your appliance properly. I understand that someone fell into the door and the hinges are not closing but there could be another issue with the door. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

The oven will not turn on the heat because it thinks the door is still open. It thinks the door is open because it has a sensor that gets pressed by the door when it closes (look around edges of oven that get covered when door closes) this sensor is wet, dirty or broken so when you close the door the sensor still says its open. Did you clean around the door with a wet cleaning fluid?

You have bent hinges... they will need to be replaced for the door to close properly...

That is not that hard to fix and you can easilybuy the parts yourself online...

was the door removed during delivery? Hinges not being fully seated can cause this. also check to see if the lock is striking the door liner, it should line up with a slot in the inner surface of the door and not touch anything unless the oven is in self-clean

The door hinge is probaly broken or could just be the spring. Open the door to the 45 degree position (halfway) and pull on the door. It should come off the hinge assembly. Slide out the oven a little to access the screws for the hinge to see what is broken or wore out.

The oven door won't close because the oven lock is causeing the door not to close all the way. So is there another way to reset the oven so the oven door can close.

When the door came open you may have bent the hinges. Open the door fully and it should stop at 90 degrees. If lower than that, then the hinges are bent and will need replaced. Also you may look at the install directions and see if your model shows removing the door. If it is removable for install, you can try removing and reinstalling the door. It is possible with removable doors for them to slide up during install and then they are out of alignment for closing. Hope this helps.
