Not hard drive but cd boot

Hello my friend, regarding on your problem please turn off you computer then unplug all the power cord connected in your computer to the power source then open your computer kindly check the bus or IDE or Sata cable connected to your hard disk and make it sure that th cable is properly plug and then connect the power cord to the power source then turn on the computer then go to the CMOS setting then check if the hard disk is detected to ensure that you hard disk is functioning. Then check also the priority boot up manager of your computer make it sure that your hard disk is assign to boot up. But if the hard disk is not detected then try to find another hard disk then try that hard disk if it is detected in your system. What ever the result of the test kidly seek any technician in computer in your place to have a second opinion and to ensure that your diagnostic finding is correct.
