Bluetooth not working in dell latitude e 4300

This machine has wireless, but I don't believe it has Bluetooth. The manual is here... http://www.manualslib.com/manual/36616/Dell-Latitude-E4310.html

Step 1 Find the wireless switch, located on the front of the E5400, to the left of the touchpad.

Slide the wireless switch into the "On" position to enable wireless radio communication on the Latitude.

Click "Start ' Control Panel ' System and Maintenance ' Device Manager." Double-click "Bluetooth Adapters."

Right-click the Bluetooth driver and then select "Enable" from the context menu, if available.

Navigate to the Dell Support website in a Web browser if the Bluetooth Adapters category is not listed in Device Manager.

Click "Start Here," then "Drivers Home." Click "Choose From a List of All Dell Products," then "Continue."

Click "Laptops," "Latitude," then "Latitude E5400." Choose your operating system from the associated drop-down menu.
Step 8
Expand "Network." Click "Download File" next to the Bluetooth driver, then "Download Now."
Step 9
Launch the EXE file when the download completes. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Bluetooth drivers to the computer.
Step 10
Restart the Latitude following setup to begin using Bluetooth on the E5400.

If you know for sure that the Bluetooth module is working, the keyboard shortcut to turn on Bluetooth is pressing the "FN" key and the "F2" key at the same time.

First you have to make sure your bluetooth software is installed.
Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module Application is what is called.

scroll down to the work Network (6 files) in blue lettering on the list
select Dell wireless 375 bluetooth module application
download it Run it.

Select your OS, download and install the Bluetooth driver here: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/Product/latitude-e4300 In Control Panel open the Bluetooth Icon, select settings.

You may need to reconfigure your audio settings on skype. ^_^

try re pairing your bluetooth device

Check the device manager to see if the drivers for the infrared device are there. If they aren't there, then go to Dell's site and download them. If they are, unistall, reinstall, the check Dell's site for updates. If the device manager shows everything working properly, the device itself may be malfunctioning. The same procedure for the bluetooth device.
