Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Hi. I just switched from a PC to a MAC. I have several photos on my PC that I'm trying to copy onto CDs so I can put them on my MAC. My problem is, when I hooked my PC back up, it starts just fine but my monitor is in Power Save Mode. I've tried restarting the computer, tried rebooting with F8, and unplugging it. What else can I try to get this out of Power Save Mode. I can't click on the Start button or anything because the screen in blank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
This can be solved in either of two steps.
>There should be "SPECIAL KEY" in the keyboard labelled as "SLEEP" or "STANDBY"...try clicking it..
>Check the monitor ON-BOARD settings for "POWER SAVER MODE".
Hope this will solve u r problem..
Plz revert back for any queries.
