0X80400005 I AM NOT ABLE TO BACKUP MY PHONE

The only way to restore your phone contact is if you have previously created a backup of your contacts otherwise there is no way to restore your contacts. But if you have created a backup previously then you would just use the previously created backup to restore your contacts.

Select Tools>Utilities>Memory.Click Options>Restore from Card

Hi, 

First of all you can try to reinstall the pc suite, 
also try the followings -

- try creating backup (file) to different location
- try changing backup content (e.g. first only contacts etc.)
- if there is memory card in device, exclude card content from backup or even remove memory card from device and try backup again..

Plug in your Usb Cable to the Phone and Computer Click on Motorola phone Tools Click on Phone Book on the Phone on your Screen Wait for the program to Read all Contacts on Outlook and Mobile Phone sides now Click on Backup/Restore button At the top of the Screen Click on Backup Archive Selection now Asks you for a Archive Name it will select Z3 #__ (where __ is the new Backup number) click next then make sure Contacts and Calendar are both Checked Click Next Again, after a few moments you will see Saving of Mobile Phone Data complete this should fix your backup issues..
