There are numerous complaints online explaining the same problems you're having, unfortunately. There have been recalls issued related to your problem, so it won't hurt to contact a dealer and ask about it to see if your vehicle issues qualify.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2011-2016 Toyota Sienna minivans manufactured January 4, 2010, to August 12, 2016. If the power sliding door is unable to be opened when commanded, such as if the door is frozen shut, the door may subsequently open unexpectedly, possibly while the vehicle is moving.

Remedy

Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the junction block, rear sliding door wire harnesses, and install two sub wire harnesses, free of charge. The recall began on July 28, 2017. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is G04.

Possible if you have entered the same number right that the serivce prrovider is blocking MMS into the country.
Please check your contact if this is correct before we try to reset .
Try to send an SMS to this number. If received well then the serivce provider has for sure blocked MMS for security specially during this season.

Does the third brake light still work? A common problem that can cause this is a multifunction/turn signal switch. GM has a recall on this but you would need to contact your local GM dealer and have them run your vin number too see if it qualifies for that campaign. The recall was issued in 2002 but to my knowledge is still an open campaign.

CAMPAIGN NUMBER 02008B FIXES A PROBLEM WITH THE STARTING SYSTEM BY ADDING A RELAY TO THE PURPLE WIRE ON THE STARTER. IF THE CAMPAIGN WAS DONE THE RELAY CAN GO BAD AND THE GROUND CAN GET CORRODED. THE RELAY IS ON THE RADIATOR SUPPORT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.

YOUR IGNITION SWITCH CAN ALSO BE BAD. THAT WAS THE REASON FOR THE RELAY IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE SWITCH CONTACTS GET BURNED.
