I have the GE Wireless Office Keyboard/Mouse HO98055 and need to obtain drivers from the internet. Where can I go to download it?
Try this
GE Home Electric Products Inc HO98055 Free Driver Download Official
It is a long way second to downloading from GE's own website
Be careful if install/run it to untick any boxes which also install unwanted programs, bloatware, adware or malware

all you need to do is plug in a normal keyboard & mouse and will work fine without removing your old drivers. but if you really want to go into control panel and add/remove programs and look for keyboard related program in the list. All the best John

These are the guys you need to contact; http://www.jascoproducts.com/cgi-local/SoftCart.exe/online-store/scstore/pro/computer_software_key.html?L+scstore+rxkd2018ff086908 - they have an online driver download for the HO98055(which is a mouse and keyboard package so the keyboard could be the same) and which may work fine but i have not been able to confirm this. Other driver download sites seem to be all silent about this keyboard model - perhaps few were made. Hope this helps, please ask again if you get no luck from Jasco(they run GE computer accessories now) :)

Try replacing the 2 AAA batteries.
SOURCE: What is up with this
It shouldn't need a driver. It is a Plug and Play mouse. It might be bad, or the optical lens might need cleaned.
Have you tried it in another USB port?
Return it if you can and good luck!
