My electrolux stick vac EL 1000 suddenly doesn't

My electrolux stick vac EL 1000 suddenly doesn't even light up to show it's charging! Is it a battery? A wire? As I try different outlets it will light up momentarily and then go out.... What do you think?

had the same problem with 3 of my vacuums, tried using my rc charger and it fixed the problem.
