Question about Fellowes 59493 Keyboard

What operating system are you using? If you're using a Windows XP or Vista system, click on START, then hold your mouse over the ALL PROGRAMS link. When the rest of the menu opens, go to ACCESSORIES and then to EASE OF ACCESS (Vista) or ACCESSIBILITY WIZARD (XP) and check the keyboard settings such as "repeat key" setting. Also, check in the Control Panel under Keyboard and see if the typmatic rate or some other speed setting is too high (Not sure there is such an icon - keyboard - but take a look).

It sounds to me like the Accessibility settings have been turned on. The other likely problem is a bad or very dirty keyboard. Being new (I assume) it is probably a faulty keyboard is nothing else seems to check out.

Also, once you make all these changes (if there are any to be made after doing the checks) turn off your computer, remove the batteries from they keyboard, wait at least 5 minutes, then put them back in, and restart your system. Otherwise, as I've said before, if it's a new keyboard, take it back to the store and get another one.

Hi,

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

goodluck!

Ok, for your first problem, I couldn't open a couple of file types on the playbook at first either. Go to the app world and download the free app called "airbrowser." It lets you do various things such as delete files, and allowed me to find and open the documents I wanted.

As for the email issue, I would suggest retrying the bridge. Go to the bluetooth connections screen on your torch and delete the playbook, and do the same on the playbook to delete the torch. Then start from scratch reconnecting via the BB bridge app. It solved a few issues on my playbook as well.
