Question about Elektra micro casa a leva S1CO Espresso Machine
3 months old-"on" light shines-warning light does not-will not heat water
Does the nut under the water tank cover get me to the heating element?
Your resettable thermostat turned off the high power heater circuit and the red warning light. The heater got too hot when the boiler became empty of water. This is to keep the heater from burning out if the boiler becomes empty. To reset the thermostat, turn the micro casa a leva over. There is a yellow plug near the center of the bottom which is easy to pry out. Stick a screwdriver, pencil, toothpick, chopstick or whatever else is lying around into the hole and gently reset the thermostat button. You will hear a click when it resets. You are then ready to go.
