The codes are different for each universal remote for example:

TV Citizen 0060, 0039, 0280, 0030, 0056, 0046, 0092, 0186 may work for one brand of remote but not all. check online for a specific brand, see if it controls a citizen tv, then program in the codes as per the owner's manual and it should work.

Unfortunately, the codes you use with a universal remote are specific to that model of remote (it's not like all Citizen TVs are "0105" on every universal remote everywhere for example; the same TV might have a different code on each different model of remote), so we won't be able to give you a specific code to try.

However, you can try doing a "code search". Most models of universal remote allow you to search for the code. It's usually something like entering a special code (like 9998 or 0000) and then repeatedly pressing a button until your TV turns off or changes channel -- when it does, you know you've hit the right code and can stop.
