Could be the door solenoid either plug has come off from stretched wires from opening and closing door or the solenoid has packed up altogether.Very common on a lot of cars if fuses are all good.

SOURCE: power door lock doesnt work properly, it unlocks but wont lock

Hello, I had a similar problem. I checked the fuses dr unlck 10amp, dr lock 20amp, both fine. However, I finally had no choice and checked all other fuses and the 15 amp fuse labeled "CTSY" was bad! So, check that fuse. If a similar problem has happend to you, it could be all you need.

Back hatch won~t open with remote or inside door locks will open manually nothing stuck or jammed?

Found this wiring diagram for lift gate, if that is what we're talking about? Not only check the fuses, check fuse circuit for voltage. Use a testlite.

2008 Pontiac Torrent lift gate will not open

Hotnurse37. I'd you fix your problem. I have same issue. Fuse is okay. Remote will open all doors but I can't even hear the rear attempting to unlock. Did get access to emergency release after trying for a long time. Lock and latch looked fine but back to same problem after closing lift.

95 Camry Electric Door Locks Won't Work

It could still be the relay, if the solenoid is working but the contacts are faulty. There are also several other places in the circuit which could cause this. Follow the diagnostics from p90 on, here

I got the Viper 5101 remote start installed in my 2007 Hyundai Sante Fe at best buy. The remote works for auto start, but will only lock and unlock the doors sometimes. It seems like if I unlock or lock...

I would take it back and tell them they need to fix it. it sounds like a wire for the lock/unlock may of fallen off or there is a problem with the remote stare module. wires tend to fall off if all the used were crimp connectors and didn't solder the wires together.

Power window on driver side stopped working and the door locks stopped working . Also this morning the battery was dead but nothing was left on.

It sounds like you may a faulty door lock switch. If you pushed the switch to lock the doors and the switch stuck and kept door lock solenoids energized, that would drain the battery. It would also keep the door locks from unlocking, as to why window don't work it could all be on the same fuse or circuit breaker. Usually the power windows are on an automatic reset circuit breaker. Do you hear click and a short time later another click (with the battery charged)? If so that the circuit breaker tripping then resetting. Good luck!

Power window not working

it sounds by the motor clicking that your power window motor is shot.....If you jump 12 volts to the terminals on the motor does it work?.................if it does you can at least get it up.......if you put the power to it and it goes down reverse the wires on the terminals and it will go up.But it sounds to me like you need a new one.
hope this helps!..............Good luck!
