Most garage door controllers these days use a 'rolling code', which will change at every press.. But it sounds like both garage doors were unlucky enough to generate the same primary starting point.. Most builders will check that each door is running on its own code before
giving out the remotes at handover..
This is quickly fixed by re-running the setup program..
(If this is a new installation of units, you may've each been given the duplicate of each other's remote..
Most programming sequences are printed on the door opener, but if you still have the user guide, check the button press sequence & timing as some code/learn buttons require 6-10sec & others will flash..
Always replace with new batteries & avoid using the cheap everyday saver type because they'll quickly drain & flat batteries will cause most problems..

There are three causes for this problem:
1. a remote is sticking or is getting bumped (if the vacation lock is on and it still has phantom operation remotes are not the issue).
2. the logic board could be going bad (if you have the 315Mhz you have a newer operator so this is probably not your issue)
3. the wires to the wall button have a short. Try disconnecting the wall button wires from the operator. If this stopps the phantom operaton you might solve your issue by running new wires to your wall button.

I have a feeling your neighbor operated their door opener when you were programming your new clicker. Try erasing the memory of your opener and then program the clicker again making sure your neighbors do not operate theirs at the same time. To erase the memory hold the smart/learn button in for 10 seconds.

You say you "setup the remote and the main box but doesn't solve." I think you mean you programmed the unit but I'm not sure. Anyway try holding the smart/learn button in for 10 seconds and this will erase the memory. None of the remotes should work. Now when you are sure the neighbor will not be using their opener, program your remotes. This may be what you did but I'm not sure.

It sounds like a case of your keypad losing signal strength enough that it cannot transmit through the closed door. If a new battery doesn't do the job a new keypad will.

You can follow these instructions to change the code of yours. Might work for you.
NOTE: You must
change the
transmitter's code before programming the transmitter to the motor head
unit.
The following steps
describe the
process to change a Quantum™ and Classicdrive™ security code.
This process only works
fro
transmitters with a
GREEN LED and a "U" in their model number,
such as
"02-3047 2B U" or "02-3047 2B UH".
Changing the
Transmitter Code
1. Press and hold the
button on
the transmitter that you want to change. The GREEN
LED will flash once and then turn off.
2. Continue to hold the
button
until the
GREEN LED begins to flash (approx. 10 seconds).
3. When the
GREEN LED flashes, immediately release the button and then
immediately
press and hold the same button again. The GREEN
LED
will now come on steady.
4. Continue to hold the
button
until the
GREEN LED begins to flash (approx. 5 seconds).
5. When the
GREEN LED flashes, immediately release the button.
6. The code for this
button has
now been changed to a new randomly generated code. Do not push the
button
again until instructed in "Programming Transmitter to Power Head Unit".
7. You must now re-program
this
transmitter to the motor head unit. See "Programming Transmitter to
Power Head
Unit".
Programming Transmitter
to
Power Head Unit
1. Press the PROGRAM
button
located on the garage door motor head unit once. The PROGRAM STATUS
light on the
motor head unit will turn on and remain lit for one minute, indicating
that it
is ready to learn the Transmitter code.
2. Press the same button
on
transmitter as you did in "Changing Transmitter's Code" above. The
PROGRAM
STATUS light will turn off indicating a successful learn.
3. Press the same button
on the
Transmitter once more to operate the door.
4. If you are unsuccessful
in
programming the transmitter to the motor head unit of if the button does
not
operate the door or if you wish to program another button to operate a
different
door, you must change the transmitter's code.
Battery
If the LED does not turn
on when
button is pressed, replace battery.
