This happened to me in Hidden Chronicles. Check your goggle settings also and make sure it translate's to your language. On the bottom of the game it gave me a language choice also. I choose my language to what I wanted. They I noticed a little world icon next to my game chat and it was set to the wrong language. Once I I fixed this it worked. Hope this helps!
