Noisey Amana portable air conditioner model # AP125D

I have a new unit and just plugged in for the first time. It's cooling beautifully, but is extrememly noisey even after running for 20 minutes. It's so noisey that I can't have a converstion with anyone in the room and can't even hear my telephone ring. I this normal for the first run and if so, how long can expect this noise to continue?

Contact the dealer you bought it from.
For warranty information, please call HSN.com Customer Service at 800.933.2887 (8 am-1 am ET)

If it is out of warranty, and you can get hold of the parts, then as long as you feel confident to change the parts yourself, go ahead. It will only be a case of removing the case and maybe some covers inside to get at the broken components. There is NO rocket science used in the design or building of these things.
All you will need is a small to medium sized phillips head screwdriver and maybe a 7 or 8mm spanner. You may need to cut a couple of cable ties. Make sure you note how the components fit and also the route of the cables as they will need to be routed the same way when you replace the case.
You need to discover what caused the fan to break in the first place. In my experience this cause is normally someone poking something into the grill...

I have an Amana portable AC, Model # AP125D. When you turn it on, it trips the GFI. Can you help me. Thanks.

This indicates a problem of electrical leakage inside your AC and it should be inspected by an electrician for your safety GFIs trip due to an imbalance of current between the 'hot' and neutral lines which means that current in traveling from the 'hot' line through some path to the ground (safety pin on the plug). If you use any method to fool the GFI (there are some) you should anticipate having nasty shocks from any exposed metal on the AC; not good idea.
If a professional finds no fault, it is quite possible that the GFI itself is failing; I have replaced several which were tripping on insignificant events.

Amana AP125D Air Conditioner I need parts for this. I need a hose that runs from the unit to the window and the plastic part to connect the hose to the unit. Where can I find these?

Actually, you can find a suitable, flexible type duct at any home center, in the diameter you need. In addition, they'll have the clamps you'll need and the plastic part. Take a piece of the old one with you (if you still have it) for comparison purposes. You may have to buy more than you need, but you'll always have a back up in the future.

Hope this helpd you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Keeps filling with water and shutting off.

Air conditioners remove moisture from the air like a dehumidifier does. With portable units it is captured in a removable container and when full will turn the unit off so it won't overflow onto the floor. There should be option for a hose to attach to the bucket which could be run to a drain so you won't have to keep emptying the bucket. Just remember the a/c unit needs to be higher than the drain.
