This could be either two things, either the water is not turned on or you may have an airlock in the hose or the hose is squashed, or it could be a heater problem, check with a meter to see that its not open circuite or earthing out. Make sure you turn the electric of first.

Why freezer doesnt turn on

If it is a frost free model, the defrost timer could be stalled in defrost. Other than that the thermostat could be the problem.

Can't save radio stations, have to tune the radio everytime I turn the car on. It doesnt work if you hold the numbers down. Can you help?

A common error wiring an after-market car stereo is where to connect the BATTERY and ACCESSORY wires. Under most conditions, these two wires do NOT get connected to the same point. The BATTERY wire connects to, well, the 12 volt positive terminal of the battery (or any 12 + volt source that is ALWAYS powered). This allows the radio clock to keep time and maintain the radio station presets when the vehicle is off / key is removed.

The ACCESSORY wire is connected to a point in the vehicle's electrical system that has 12 volts + whenever the ignition key is turned to the Run or Acessory position. When the key is NOT in these positions, the point should go from 12 volts + to 0. This change tells the radio to turn on or off, depending on the key position. The radio will power down when the key is removed, so you do not need to manually shut the radio off. This can save the battery if the radio volume was very low. The ONLY time you would accept both of these wires to be connected to the same point is when they are BOTH connected to the 12 volt + terminal of a battery (or wire that is always powered). If you wire this way, you will have to tune the power on and off each time you want to listen to the radio.

Check you manual for color or lable of these two wires, and place them as needed for the desired operation 1) Both on a constant 12 volt + source, or 2) BATT to a constant 12 volt + source and ACC to switched 12 volt + source.

I hope this helps. Please rate my reply with "4 thumbs up" if it did. Thanks!

Usually, purchase of a wiring harness designed specifically for your vehicle model and stereo solves this problem - as the required voltages and signals - including speakers - are made up and it is simply a "plug and play" operation. Newer cars will often require a "magic box" if you will, that uses some data signals in the car to turn on and off voltages for the stereo. Not installing the "magic box" will prevent much of the radio from working and can cause the loss of chimes, etc.

If your vehicle doesn't require the magic box

I have a fujitsu notebook model lbs6120-aa029e0b0. At first the notebook would start but not recognise the hard drive. when turning it on at other times it would work normally then freeze. Now the...

If the notebook is not working at all now, you have to test the power supply to see if it is providing enough power to run the system. I would try to put the battery back on, let it charge for at least 12 hours, then try to turn on the system with the battery still installed on the machine. That way we can eliminate whether the power supply has sufficient voltage carrying capacity to operate the system.

If that doesnt work, then its time to call Fujitsu.

When i hook it up to a 12 volt source it doesnt turn on

Make sure 12 volts are going to the red and yellow wires at the same time. Do make sure black ground is securely connected to a metal surface.

RHFE-1004FA 38,400 BTU Energy Saver Ductless Heater - LP Gas: water heater gives a code 12...

Error code 12 on a Rinnai means the unit lit, sensed a flame but then failed to sense it some time later whilst in operation. Most commen faults causing this are gas regulator based on LPG systems. The regualtor fails to let enough gas through to continue powering the burner. I did have another where the guy had put a natural gas model on LPG supplies, you didn't say if this fault was on a newly installed sysyem or not!
One other cause (not so well known) is if you when you get a 12 immeadiatly you turn the tap on. This is caused by a short circuit on the low voltage side of the heater. I'm guessing you have controllers to display the error code. I've had a few where a bit of DIY work has put a nail though a wire supplying the controller and caused a short. The wiring is only 12 volt so it doesnt blow any fuses. If you do have controllers, get a qualified person to remove the front of the heater and disconnect the controller lead from the circuit board, see if this stops the fault. If it does, try and find the short in the wire (even had rats cause this in one location)
If this doesnt work get the technician to check the overheat loom around the heat exchanger, this is another favorite place for the wiriing to short.

Happy hunting.
