Do i need to remove all the toner cartidges out before i clean the window

There's toner on the roller or the fuser wire needs cleaning. Open the printer, remove the toner cartidge and clean the inside of the printer with a soft brush.

or clean drum charger roller

You might need to enter the printer menu and manually reset the toner counter. Alternativily if the printer has sensors in it, you'll need to clean away any split toner in the cartidge area using a cloth or an air duster.

I have KM Pagepro 1300W printer, and prints dirty pages.
I tried to print with another parts (another toner cartidges and drum cartidges). The problem comes from drum cartidge, the black toner cartidge works properly. I tried to clean the cleaner parts above the drum, but didn't work. I have 2 drum cartidges with this problem. The drums are good, I tried with another drum cartidge.
What can i do? If somebody has any ideas please share with me. Thanks

If it is up and down, then you have contamination of the paper path. The paper path needs to be thouroughly cleaned.

In addition, check the rollers and little wheels that keep the paper flat where the printheads cross. On some printers, the carrier for the shaft of these can come loose and allow the paper to buldge up slightly to hit the print head and smear a vertical stripe.

Full isn't always the answer, in order to refill a cartridge properly you need to also replace the cleaning blade inside. The blade wears out and doesn't clean the drum properly and also lets toner leak all over. Your best bet is a new OEM cartridge, or put a new cleaning and Dr. blade in yours.

It can be a faulty toner sensor, usually that happens when the printer is dirty inside. First try removing all toner, and preforming the complete toner loading procedure, refitting all toners on the carousel. hey, the problem is that toner cartridge reading chip is dirty.
take out Pc drum and remove all toners, clean toner chips with alcohol. then locate a 3 pin reading chip under the toner rack left side and use pressure air to clean it. reinstall everything. if its not helping, replace the chip, its not expencive

1-remove power from fax.
2-clean contact points in toner cartidge and the contact in fax which it make contact together.
3-knock above toner cartidge many times.
4-move it in horizontal direction from left to right many times.
