I can't figure out how to upload videos to my... (by 2 users)

It will upload all the pictures, but the videos won't load.

I've tried every program and even the link from my computer.
The videos just don't show up.

Can anyone tell me how to get the videos on the computer?!

when i hook up my camera with microsoft camera wizard it always says that the videos are downloading but they never come up. if i try to continue with them when it says this it says-The wizard did not successfully complete copying your pictures because an error occured.-- when i click detailed it says- The parameter is incorrect.
