Hi. There can be a problem with connection. Check if you have connected the speakers in green audio jack at the back of the computer.

I can not open speaker,microphone,and volume .

Please re-install *********** board drivers properly including the sound drivers. For even though
we have an outlet for mike nor speaker it is still not activated if we still have not installed its drivers. If this won't work. Try To repair you OS ( Windows ) by means of the installation cd. Have a nice day my friend. I'm hoping this would help you a little.

I cannot hear any sound from my speaker even though my speakers are alright it always says i do not have an installed sound device please help me

Hi, you need to install your motherboard's audio driver. To do so, just go to your motherboard's brand official site, and find your exact model. There you will be able to download the proper audio driver and, after installing them, your speakers will work like a charm! Hope it helped, Franz

Computer not seeing Altec Lansing BX1020 speakers

go to start>settings control panel> click on system then click on device manager. Make sure that everything is working properly then in control panel click sound. if that is all working. Make sure you have the speakers connected in the right spot. You may also want to try the speakers on another computer to isolate exactly what the problem is.
Thank you,
lee
