The speakers on my flhtcu 2006 cut out if i toggle the speaker switch they come back on. I have replaced the speaker switch. with no effect.

This would seem to be a problem with your usage rather than your equipment, it would be advisable to turn the volume down to see if this will cause the problem to disappear. When an amplifier goes into overload , the common reset is to turn off the speakers. There could be a problem with one or all of the following, speakers or amplifier.

Mine was doing the same thing. Make sure your CB radio is turned off. If it picks up a signal it cuts the speakers out.

I have a 2007 Ultra...while listening to the radio evrything goes quiet...I can flip the speaker selector switch or turn radio off and back on and sound will come back for a few minutes then have to repeat

Switch is fine. You have a damaged audio circuit caused by vibration. Check the bikes mounting brackets. probably broken. The radio will need to be repaired. www.ironcrossaudio.com
