Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have had 3 different HP printers and had issues with downloading the complete drivers and/or patches. The most important thing is to COMPLETELY uninstall ALL of your HP software first (don't just rely on add/remove programs, do a "Search" for *hp*.*), disconnect the printer. If you have the original install disk, turn your computer off, then back on... WITHOUT plugging your printer back in yet, and use your Install disk. If u do NOT have the install disk, after you turn your computer back on, go to the HP website and it will instruct you to plug in your printer and there is a link that will search for your specific needs. Download the new software and this SHOULD fix the problem.
