Question about Car Audio & Video
You have to call the dealership where the car was purchased, they have the code .its a free service.you will just have to provide the required details of the car as purchase date and location and they provide it. but if the dealer is not helping.it weill be difficult.as all the radio codes are different.1000 radios have exact 1000 codes.one code will not work with another.this all depens on radio serial number.all the radio have different serial number.as per that the codes support and work with only that particular serial number.many users if not possible get another radio.as it comes with all new settings and new codes. ----------------- but in some cases this system helps .its a 50 --- 50 chance not always it supports ,but some users got it done with it as follows :-- Remove both battery cables. Then, put them back on. It should then say CODE instead of OFF. you will find the CODE in the glove box on the right side of the glove box there will a sticker. The code starts with RC (stands for radio code) After the RC is a 4 digit number. it will be as RC8505. If you don't find yours there look around for any stickers on the car, it it there somewhere. you can also try the mentioned code RC8505 as its compitable master code provided by the service center works for some radios. Good luck, hope this helps. Please do rate the solution. Thank you for using fixya.keep updated. thanks

Car dealer should have given you a card with the radio code on it, or it should be in the book, if you don't find it call a mitsubishi dealership, only they can give you the code....
