Question about Refrigerators
Has anyone had a problem where the service company comes out once and then never comes back? I scheduled a service appointment and received a repair date. A week after the no show on the repair date, someone called and said they would send someone out the following week. Someone then showed up and said they had to order parts and a month later, have heard nothing. Is this typical in a repair for Best Buy or Geek Squad?
This is not a typical repair for them but it seems to run rampant on Samsung and LG refrigerators that were manufactured by Maytag before they went out of business. The parts are hard to get ahold of and most techs are unwilling to work on them. The same cannot be said about the two companies I mentioned and the home electronics division. I have had great performance in that area.
