Try a different cable to charge the tablet (if it charges with a microUSB cable, those go out after about a year). If that doesn't work, With the tablet plugged into power, try a hard reset of the tablet.

hard reset: 2. Press and hold the Power/Lock key + Volume Down key on the right side of the tablet.

1. Turnn completly off the tablet.
2. With the tablet turned off, holding the return button while turning on the tablet-pressing power button. Keep holding the return button until you see the Hard Factory reset screen.
3. Confirm the hard reset procedure. Once done, simply wait until process has finished-the tablet will restart. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so it's very important that the battery of the tablet is completly charged before attempting the hard reset. If you can connect it to the charger while resetting, even better.

Just hold down the power button and volume down while its plugged in for about 20 seconds or so. Then hit your power button once to see if it is charging now.

Sindia, this sound me software problem, when your device has a software problem it wont charge or start at all normally, so try to hard reset but this will delete all data for hard reset follow the instruction :
1. Switch off device;
2. After 3 min, Press and hold volume down button and power on button once it shows 3 android images appear leave the buttons and press volume down to select a clear storage, and then press power and then press volume up to start the factory reset. after this process your device wil reboot and start normally. now your device is ready to use. Hi huffasia,

Looks like a charging problem, try this:

1. Connect the reader to the computer and make sure red steady light comes on, if not, then hit the reset button for 3 seconds.
2. Once you get the redlight, leave the reader charging for 15-30 minutes (make sure the computer does not go into sleep mode)
3. After you charge the reader, try the soft reset again and slide the power switch at the top of the unit.

If this does not resolve the problem you may try a hard reset on the reader but this will remove all content.

To hard reset:

1. Hit the reset on the bottom of the reader
2. Slide the power switch
3. Once "Opening Book" comes on the screen, press and hold the directional "down arrow" and the number "0" both at the same time until "Reset All" appears on the screen.
4. The screen will go blank, now its time to turn it on again.

Note: If after trying the hard reset, the reader goes back to the black arrows trying to turn around, then repeat the steps again.

Performing a hard reset
To perform a hard reset, follow the steps below.

1. Unplug the AC adapter from the notebook PC and remove from any port replicator or docking station.
2. Remove the battery from the notebook battery compartment.
3. Press and hold down the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors.
4. Insert the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the notebook PC.
5. Press the power button to turn the notebook PC back on.
6. Use the arrow keys to highlight Start Windows Normally , if it is not already highlighted, and then press the enter key.

You can now use the notebook PC as usual.

You can try various resets to see if you can get it to respond.
Have you tried plugging the unit into the wall instead of the USB
port.Do you get the Battery Charging message at any time.You can
try a soft reset.Press mode and reset.Then try to power on while
plugged in.A hard reset will delete all your data and settings from
the Forerunner.Press the Power and the Mode button until the unit
comes on and asks if you want to erase all user data.Select Yes.
If the above won't work, try a hard reset that by-passes the
confirmation screen.Press Mode, Reset and Power.

do the hard reset again .. hold the power button down while operating the reset in the back .. keep the power button down for a few seconds .. that should bring up a display "delete all" .. you can choose to do so .. that will be a hard reset .. now if the battery is dead and the charger is not working then nothing will work for you .. you might have a bad charger .. often the end that plugs into the unit develops a broken wire inside the cable ..
the m515 wont charge from the sync cable (shame) it needs the external power adapter .. make sure the connections on the charger and palm are clean .. the power adapter is 5 volts and i think about 1 amp .. )(center pos) if you want to try another adapter .. the tip is rather standard ... also you can get a universal power adapter from radio shack that will work on just about anything .. you just plug in a suitable tip .. the tip for your palm is an "A19" .. the power adapter is "IGO" wall adapter 23-1401 model PSM08VADJ ... that seems to work nicely and it plugs directly in to the palm .. so you can work with it plugged in .. when the charger is working there should be a lightning bolt thru the battery symbol .. it sounds like you already know that .. if the battery has gone open then it may not indicate a charge .. but the unit should still work while on the charger if that is actually working ....

The rubber piece is designed to lock the tung on the back of the seat to the rack. To get it in place you need to bend the tung down until you can insert the rubber piece over the tung and under the two fins so that when you release the tung the rubber is locked into place. You will likely need to bend the tung down quite a bit. The rubber piece has two circular ridges that should be between the two fins that it is pressed into. These ridges will prevent the rubber piece from sliding out.
So basically, bend the tung down and press the rubber piece into the slot that is created. It will start to become clear once you get this far. Just make sure those ridges on the rubber are on the inside of the fins.
