I have a Hotpoint Ultima Condenser Dryer model TC71, since yesterday there is no heat from the dryer. I need to know what this fault could be, and is it easy to replace.
Leaking water coming from under the dryer,I clean door & dryer filter before dryig plus the water container is firly slid into place.

Fixed it. I managed to find out the problem was, it was the two heat sensor at the back of the dryer. Once changed it was ok.
Lets see how long they last.

On the back of your dryer you have a heater behind the protruding panel... Either you heater element has gone, but most like the thermal cut outs have blown...these are located in the same area..they are small and round looking and are connected to them are wires either side. Anyways check the conitunity of the termal cut outs using a tester if no continuity then they are no good... hope it helps...
