You'll need to reset the Bios.
Take the battery out inside, it's usually on the lower right of the motherboard, it looks like a watch battery.
Unplug the computer and press the power button to get rid of any extra juice from your power supply.
Wait about a minute.
Put the battery back in and plug your system in, the reset should be complete.
Some motherboards have a pin setup to reset the system. If the jumper is in (oox, x being the free pin) for example, then just switch the jumper to (xoo), turn your computer on...nothing will happen, all good.
Put the jumper back from (xoo) to (oox) and it should be reset.
Keep in mind, doing this a lot isn't good for the system. Make sure you know how to switch up the options in your BIOS.
Good luck!

Forgot to mention, before you put the jumper back from (xoo) to (oox). Turn the computer off.
You probably already know that, just making sure.

Please provide more details about your problem.

If you are seeing the "F1" prompt soon after turning the computer on, it is likely preceded by details of what has occurred and wants you to confirm the change. Reboot the computer and look at the entire screen and provide the details on the screen so we can help.

Until we get your exact issue, I will cover the basic reasons why you would see

If the message states the DATE AND TIME are incorrect, you will need to replace the small round battery that is on the motherboard. These are typically a battery with 2032 written on them and you can pick them up almost anywhere watch batteries are sold. Replace the battery, boot the computer and then go into BIOS and set the correct date and time.

If something has failed on your PC (like a stick of memory, hard drive, CD ROM drive, etc.) the BIOS would see this change and would prompt you to acknowledge this change and either hit F2 to go into BIOS and fix the issue or F1 to continue booting the computer. IF this is the case, note what has failed and then go into BIOS and either disable the drive or accept the new memory value.

If by resetting BIOS you mean clearing CMOS, just remove the battery.

IC7-Max3 with 2x512Mb OCZ PC4000 memory sticks (184 pin DIMM). Only registered 512 Mb. Vacuumed dust and cleaned. Now won't post. Cleaned memory sticks with eraser. No beep. Recovery path?

vacuums can cause static electricity. this may have damaged your motherboard in some way. you have to use a special anti-static vacuum when cleaning electronics.

Computer continiously ask for reboot

DFirst thing to do is to UNdo everything you have just done: Memory Upgrade and CPU Cooler. If normal operation returns, try the upgrades, one at a time, to narrow down the source of the problem. I suspect the memory, as a DIMM chip not correctly set up will cause this problem. Let me know what it does, please?

Can't install operating system keeps looping

Is it possible that you have your boot device set to the CD ROM and it just keeps loading the OS off the CD. Try changing the boot drive in the bios to your C drive when the computer does it's first reboot.During the install.
