Where can I get a wiring diagram for an unidentified bike?

When looking for parts or manuals, your bike will fall under 2007 Touring, and most parts are interchangeable between an FLHTCU-I and say a FLTR-I or FLTR or FLHX.

Ok, Does your check engine light go off for 5 seconds when you start it, then return only to stay on the rest of the time?? If so You have a code that is active. I can tell you how to read it, but, either way you will have to take it in for repair.

If not, you blew a fuse, check your fuse block, and fuses to find which one you blew. You can get a wiring diagram, and chase back all wires and connectors to isolate the short. Otherwise you have bigger problems, like your cruise gone out blowing the others. You can disconnect all connectors under you fairging, replacing fuses and connecting connectors one at a time, seeing which one will blow the fuse. This will isolate the problem, and tell you where the short is.

Did you have any accesories put on lately?? usually these fuses blow from a handlebar switch, after someone replaced or messes with the housing. Does your rear rear brake light still work??

I wouldn't buy anybody elses mess. It will become your mess without anything to refer to. Buy a Bike that is is in stock condition. That way you can use the manual to correct any problems. Then you can modify it any way you want and will know what was done to the bike.

If the chain is routed through the derailleur OK but there's no tension on the pulleys just remove the lower pulley, rotate the pulley cage counterclockwise, pass the chain in front of the top pulley and behind the lower one as you reinstall it.
It's very important once the chain is correct that the derailleurs are properly adjusted. If you still have problems take it into a bike co-op or bike store.

It sounds like the CDI box.

Replace the cable from the starter to the starter solenoid with a thicker cable.

its a 1000cc i think, and if its been hot wired it will be most likely in the key part of the wiring, Most bikes if you unplug the key wires it will start but have no lights, if you can get me the make and model i can find you a wire diagram and tell you how to hotwire it.

Ok good luck finding a wiring diagram to do this! Also this i a very bad idea if you manage to bypass the fuse box as your bike will then become a fire risk if you have some sort of short while riding your low amp wires will melt which will then melt the higher amp wires and add a bit of heat and oxygen and you have yourself one burning GPZ 1000
