LG KS360 turns itself off regularly whilst i'm writing texts...

And today it happened again and when i turned it back on the screen was just completely black, everything works still even the touchscreen dialling but the screen is blank. I'm taking it back to orange tomorrow and i'll see what they say about the turning off thing because i know its pretty common.

My phone is just like that. try charging it then after its charge take it off the charger turn it off then turn it on. thats what works with my phone. if that doesnt work then it might randomley turn on. it means the light is broken you can get it fixed but it might cost money. to do that you can call the store you got your phone from and ask them where to get it fixed. hope i helped :)

I just recently got my lg ks360. But every time i slide my phone to make a text my phone always happen to freeze.can any one help me so that this wont happen again. It is really bugging me.

Remove your memory card, if it stops freezing, the card's your problem. Either the card is not compatible (more than 4gb or SDHC instead of SD), or the phone is referring to the card during normal operations eg wallpaper, ringtones etc. Copy these "operational" files to the phone and only use the card for storage of pictures, music etc, but not for anything the phone uses regularly. If the problem persists after you've taken the card out, sorry can't help...

Inbox glitch on lg ks360

I have this same problem, unfortunatly I do not have a solution but I hope someone will, I took it back to the store and he said i needed to deleted messages from my outbox etc so it wasnt full, this solved my problem for a while but now it is reucurring every time my phone turns on and off even without any messages in my inbox. I would leave my phone on as to avoid the problem but it keep turning itself off also. Very frustrating.

KS360 wont send texts

A reboot fixes most computer problems and today's phones are just small computers.

To reboot a phone remove the battery for 30-seconds, put it back in the phone and turn the phone on.

It is also possible that she has reached some text quota and texting is now disabled.

If the reboot doesn't fix things contact your cell phone provider. Have them verify the texting service is working. They can also troubleshoot the phone if the service is not the problem.

If this helps please vote for my solution.

My LG KS360 won't turn on even when i charge it

You should try taking out the battery and then putting it back in. Then hold the power (the red phone button) button for about 5-7 seconds. If the screen STILL doesn't show, then I'm afraid that there is a hardware problem and you should take it back to the place where you bought it.

LG KS360 swiches itself off!

connect it to a computer. then before unplugging it you have to eject it properly, this means ejecting the memory card (which will be removable drive whatever) and THEN ejecting the phone itself (which will be a different removable drive)
to eject them simply go to my computer, right click the removeable drive and click eject, it might not disappear but you will hear a noise indicating the eject has taken place.
i had this exact problem and this worked for me.
