My quinny buzz is 5 weeks old and now I am having difficulty folding it down it takes two people to get it down and makes a horrible noise

This indicates it is not fully disengaged before fold is attempted. The clicking noise is to tell you that the fold should not be continued as it is forcing the pushchair and may lead to damage. Ensure the button is fully depressed and the other button is fully pulled forward before attempting to fold. If noise still audible the chassis needs inspection by engineers.

Please note we do always advise that oil based lubricants are not used on any Quinny product. Oil based lubricant will leave a sticky residue on the chassis which will attract dirt and debris to stick and cause additional issues. Always use furniture polish or dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of larger supermarkets) and a soft cloth to clean the chassis.

Quinny Buzz chassis warranty is 2 years from date of purchase. Please contact retailer with proof of purchase for them to make arrangements for it to be sent to engineers for inspection / repair work required under warranty terms and conditions.

Firstly ensure the seat unit is forward facing and is in the upright position before you attempt to fold it. The Buzz is easiest to fold if you stand in front of it; Make sure the first button is completely pushed in and that the second button is as far forward as possible before attempting to fold. Make sure there is nothing on the central tube preventing the unit folding down.

If you still have difficulties and you are a UK customer and your product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your proof of purchase for them to make necessary arrangements for the product to be returned to our engineers. If you're a UK customer and the product is either over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase, please contact the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book in the unit for chargeable inspection and repair work required. Hi, apply the brake.
Go round to front of buggy.
Hold the 2 large grey buttons on side of frame.
1 pushes down 1 pushes forwards do this & pull buggy down towards you, this will fold it as long as the brake is on.

Hi you need to apply the brake 1st. then stand at the front, there is 2 grey buttons either side of the seat on the 2 round bits. 1 you push down the other you slide forwards, keep hold of them & pull it downwards towards your feet. This will then fold down.

Hi,

I would suggest that when folding the Buzz, stand in front of it first. Push down one of the grey buttons, then slide and push the other, then you can use your whole body weight to push the pram to the floor enabling you to collapse it. It is also easier if you remove the seat prior to folding.

HI, if it's the same model as I have: start with the frame facing you with the break on, you will see 2 long grey 'buttons' situated where the seat clips in to the frame. One of these buttons has arrows on it like this ^, this one you push in the direction of the arrows. The other you, simultaneously push in. You then push the whole frame down - this takes a bit of pressure. The whole thing should fold flat, you then secure it with the cable located near the wheel.

This sounds very complicated, it isn't once you've done it the first time - I hope it makes sense to you!
